I am a passionate Clinical Psychologist  dedicated to supporting individuals from childhood through early adulthood. With clinical experience across respected institutions including NIMHANS, Rainbow Children’s Hospital, and in partnership with UNICEF, I’ve worked with a diverse population facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and neurodevelopmental concerns.

I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and am also NET-qualified. I have received advanced training in mental health and psychosocial support during disasters through the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), which has shaped my understanding of how systemic events impact personal mental health.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques, trauma-informed care, and age-appropriate modalities like play-based interventions. More than techniques, though, I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected.

My motivation to become a Clinical Psychologist began early—I witnessed how silently mental health struggles affect individuals and ripple into families. I also saw how differently society treats psychological pain compared to physical illness. Encouraged by my family to challenge this disparity, I chose a path where I could help bridge that gap—with science, empathy, and dignity.
